This popular coaxial cable is functionally equivalent to LMR400. It is a drop-in replacement for RG8 or 9913 cables. A heavy, coaxial cable used for cellular, broadcast, base stations, or anywhere low loss at higher frequencies is important. The inner conductor is copper clad aluminum of 2.76mm (0.11 inches), the dielectric is a foamed polyethylene, the shield is aluminum tape covered with a tinned copper braid and the outer jacket is polyethylene of 10.25 mm (0.4 inch) OD. The PE jacket enhances the cable’s cold weather capability, chemical and water resistance, and allows for direct burial. The temperature range is -40 to 85 C (-40 to 185 F). We will arrange for the collection of the CO2 Cylinder at your home when you order your refill through our website. Please note that the Courier will occasionally send 2 separate drivers, one to collect the empty cylinders and another to deliver the refills, and this may happen at different times or days. This is completely normal even though it may seem odd – they know what they are doing.
